So it's October already, and having been pretty much living like a breeze, I've found what I wanted to do with the coming Autumn. Autumn is my new favorite season, being it's so romantic and also very reflective. I'm going to commence a new challenge for the October season, the Whittle my Middle Challenge. Do feel free to participate int he challenge with me.
I found this from Oh She Glow's reading site, One Fit Chick. Here's the video of 4 exercise routine to do daily for the month of October. Each exercise is done in sets of twelve, and I'd like to eventually do three sets by the end of October.
I'm going to have the independent page to track my work out. It'll most likely have my wist measurement, and potentially result photos... and if I feel confident enough, I may even post a before picture.
