Autumn has finally graced us with it's chilliness

Autumn is finally in full swing as the weather is very bit nippy as expected. This means, to my greatest delight, I can finally pull out my scarves and boots and feel in style. I have a great love for scarves; I think they're the perfect accessory to every outfit. I love to learn the great many ways of tying scarves and the delight in looking ever so cute and proper in one.

So for this fine and lovely weekend, I dressed ready to greet Autumn as I venture to Brooklyn, NY for a friend's birthday. I always love a good occasion to make the best use of a dress up outfit.

I opted for a black silhouette with some accent pieces to matched my cardigan. The cardigan was a sea foam color, so paired them with chandelier earrings of similar colour. I love Chandelier earrings. haha.

I thought the green went well with my pale pink (or is it muted pink?) scarf.
I polish it off with black boots to suit the silhouette. I believe the boots are Etienne Aigner, but I don't know what is the style is called. My Mother bought them for me a year ago, at a discounted price... $15 or $20. They're as lovely as can be though.

Lovely season it is.
